HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME?
Depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Orders usually take 5-10 business days. At most 14 business days depending on the location. Please note orders take 1-12 business days to process order before shipping out. Orders made before 12p.m EST will be processed same day.

Check the tracking information that is included in your conformation email.
Check emails, phone calls and attempted deliver cards by shipping courier, it may be your package is being held at your local post office awaiting pick up or redeliver.
